Thanksgiving Meal Sign-Up

If you are in need of a Thanksgiving meal and are able to pick it up at New Heights Church on November 21st, please fill out this form. You will choose a time slot at the end of this form. This will be your pickup time that you’ll arrive to get your meal(s).

Our address is 1145 N Main Street, Milton, WV 25541 (2 doors down from the Milton Post Office). Please walk through the front doors into the sanctuary to pick up your Thanksgiving meal.
