Greenhouse

The Greenhouse is simply a nickname for leadership development at New Heights Church. It is the system within which we raise up new leaders, new pastors, and new church planters. These men serve in a role that primarily prepares them for future ministry. They are funded through the North American Mission Board which enables them to spend more time focusing on their calling without using resources from New Heights Church. Our church partners as an equipping and training mechanism.
